Anderson still faces 304-II, ground for extradition
NEW DELHI: India will explore a fresh extradition request to US saying that the fugitive ex-chairman of Union Carbide Warren Anderson technically still faced serious charges under Section 304-II of IPC as he was not a party before the Supreme Court
